Holi Hai!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The festival of Holi is one of colors, joy, celebration and meeting and greeting. We believe that bridge friends should celebrate the festival among ourselves as well with enough time available to the players to meet other friends and relatives on the weekend.

To that end, we have devised a weekend with a 'teams only' format which will mean we get to play our favorite game as well as have enough time to spend with other friends and family. We are confident you you will spend time with your bridge friends and family as well.

The event shall consist of a Swiss Teams Event starting Saturday, March 19.

After 7 rounds of Swiss League (8 boards per round) 8 teams will qualify for the super league to be played on Sunday. This is subject to a minimum of 36 teams participating.

On Sunday, March 20,

• The qualifiers will play a round robin of 8 boards each.
  In case the number of teams is less than 36, then 6 teams will play a super league of 10 boards per round.
• The remaining teams will play 7 more rounds of Swiss league.While they will carry forward their score, the match history will be forgotten, i.e.  you can meet teams you have played on Saturday.

Minimum Prizes of Rs. 25,000 on offer

The event will be played on RealBridge.

• Teams of up to 8 people are permitted
• Availability of Video and Audio is Mandatory for all players. Failure to be visible and audible will render a team ineligible for prizes and may attract penalties.
• Withdrawals mid way through the tournament will affect the whole event and therefore not allowed.
• Entry Fee : Rs. 2,300 per team
• Start Time: Saturday 10:00 am
