Bridge tournaments have always seen the top prizes go to the top ranked teams which are populated by the highest ranked bridge players in the country. This weekend, however, BridgeFromHome brings you an event that offers prizes to more of the rank and file that make up the bridge playing population of the country.
Silver Skies Teams is an event that is made for the people who participate in the 'Silver' category of national tournaments. No team can have more than two players having a rank of National Master or higher. These two players may not play as a pair in the team.
Depending on the number of entries, we shall be conducting a Swiss League of either 5 rounds of 10 boards each or 7 rounds of 8 boards each on Saturday, June 12. An appropriate number of teams will qualify for the super league to be played on the next day.
On Sunday, June 13, there will be an Open Pairs Tournament which shall be played over 2 sessions of 18 boards each.

The event will be played on RealBridge.
- Teams of up to 8 people are permitted
- At most two players of rank of National Master or higher may play in a team. However they may not partner each other.
- Availability of Video and Audio is Mandatory for all players. Failure to be visible and audible will render a team ineligible for prizes and may attract penalties.
- Withdrawals mid way through the tournament will affect the whole event and therefore not allowed.
- Entry Fee : Rs. 1,500 per team

The event will be held in two sessions of 18 boards each starting at 1000 am and 230 pm (revised time) respectively
Scoring will be Match Points.
