Sir Padampat Singhania Invitational Pairs
The Sir Padampat Singhania Invitational Pairs was played on 26-28 Feb, dedicated to the memory of Shri Kailaspat Newatia, initiator of this annual tournament and a pillar of Indian bridge. The tournament featured 52 of the country's prominent players competing over 150 boards in an all-play-all pair event. The scoring was IMPs converted to VPs.
B Satyanarayana and Kiran Nadar won the event by a mile scoring 308.24 VPs. M J R Vasudevan and S VijayRaghavan were second with 285.52 VPs. The ad hoc partnership of D Majumdar and Rajeshwar Tewari finished third with 281.61 VPs.

Double Weekly Challenge
Our hearty Congratulations to Satish Diwanji and B G Daxindas who rose up to the Double Weekly Challenge, winning both the IMP pairs and the MP pairs.
In Saturday's IMP pairs, Arijit and Joy Narayan finished second and Shambhu Nath Ghosh and Tara Laroia finished third. Full results.

Bridge From Home Club
The top four places in the inaugural BFH Club Bi-monthly ended in a tie as none of the toppers could score points in the last game of that set. The fifth place goes to Mr. V M Lal. Congratulations to all the winners.
