W. S. Sundaresan Memorial
Over 25 teams have registered to play the WS Sundaresan Swiss Teams event tomorrow. Given the current number of teams, 8 Qualifiers will be chosen after 7 rounds of Swiss League of 8 boards each. The qualifiers will play a super league of 7 rounds on Sunday.
Players are also requested to register for the IMP Pairs on Sunday in advance.
Both events will be played on RealBridge. Cash Prizes worth Rs. 40,000 are guaranteed. Do get your registration in early.

Smt. Laxmi Mujumdar Mixed Pairs
Registrations for the Smt. Laxmi Majumdar event are now open.
The event is on 6th and 7th of February.
The first day will feature an elimination held over two sessions of 22 boards each. Roughly 33-33% of the field will qualify for the finals the be held on Sunday which will be an all play all event. There will be a separate event for the non qualifiers on Sunday held over two sessions.
If the number of entries is too large, the format of the finals may be changed.
As of now, trios are not allowed
