As India celebrates 75 years of independence, we bridge lovers will celebrate this the best way we know how. A kind sponsor in the form of Subodh Maskara has stepped up to make this celebration truly grand with many and large prizes for participants. The event, which is called the Masters Independence Day Tournament is open to everybody to participate.
Bridge From Home is extremely pleased present this event to all bridge lovers.
The Masters Independence Day Tournament will feature two events.
- Swiss Teams - which will be played from Friday, August 12 to Monday, August 15.
- IMP Pairs - which will be played from Sunday, August 14 to Monday, August 15.

The event will be played on RealBridge.
Supplemental Conditions of Contest
- Teams of up to 8 people are permitted
- Availability of Video and Audio is Mandatory for all players. Failure to be visible and audible will attract penalties.
- Withdrawals mid way through the tournament will affect the whole event and therefore not allowed.
- Entry Fee : Rs. 2,000 per team

The Event will be played as per the following schedule.
On Sunday, all participants will play 3 rounds of qualification of 18 boards each. Losing Pre Quarter Finalists will join from the second session onwards with an appropriate carry over provided they have registered for the pairs in advance.
After 3 sessions, the field shall be divided into Gold and Silver
Losing Quarter Finalists will the Gold section with an appropriate carry over provided they have registered for the pairs in advance.
Both sections will play 3 rounds of 18 boards each.
The event shall be played on RealBridge.
Entry Fee : Rs. 1250 per pair.
