The main reason for writing this report is to express an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the phenomenal response all of you bridge lovers displayed towards celebrating Raj Jayaram's birth anniversary.
All of his friends and I were extremely moved by this response with 141 pairs playing this evening. We present below a message from his wife, Sharvari, which was conveyed to the participants in the event group yesterday.
The event was won by Deepak Verma and Sohan Gurjar, both of whom hail from Rabeedpura. I am sure Raj would be extremely chuffed by this result.
In second place were veteran S. Krishnamoorthi (who is 80 years of age) along with Daisy Madhur Singh. A great achievement for both of them.
